RETURS & REFUNDS

RETURNS

If your item is not suitable, you are able to return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are not free, we advise all customers to use a tracked service. We can not accept returns that are lost, if customers use a tracked service they are insured with the specified courier.

Returns will not be accepted if the item is worn or showing signs of wear. All orders are intact with a do not remove tag, which makes the item ineligible for a return if removed. Branded tags must also be intact. If you are returning a faulty item, we please ask that you notify us by email before returning it so we can resolve the issue together.
Please contact info@livewireclothing.co.uk to arrange a return and we will provide you with the relevant returns form.

Items bought in sale or outlet are not eligible for a return OR exchange, only a credit note.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted up to 14 days for full-priced items but like returns, they are not free. We do, however, pay for the cost of the postage back to you (This does not apply to international customers). Should you need to exchange before Shipping, please contact info@livewireclothing.co.uk 

We can not guarantee your request will be seen ahead of shipping so please beware you are ordering the correct item at the first point of order.
